Celestia's Creepy Smile in HD

Working on this kept me sane during finals week, and I like how it came out. Not sure about the audio, though. I might change it in the future if I can find a female to sing a ponified version of "I am America" titled "I am Equestria", but that might not happen, so this'll do.
