Description

A pic of Wheely Bopper dressed up for the Grand Galloping Gala.  Her dress is based off a 1948 Buick Streamliner tinyurl.com/yjp56u5

I definitely feel like this is the best I can do on a drawing at this time.  I ended up making my own references for the gem necklace in Blender, made the background in Illustrator and drew Wheely and shaded the background in sai and I am really happy with how it turned out!

I love the gala dress for wheely I have a 40 Buick special that is that exact same color a dark maroon, and those white walls shure make wheely look classy
